Blushing is a natural and involuntary bodily response to an emotional feeling such as embarrassment, guilt, shamefulness or nervousness. It is often coupled with a fear of not being able to control the blushing that can cause it to occur even more.

I help clients to understand that they can control and replace the worry that they will blush with thoughts of calmness and confidence, thus enabling them to control the blushing consciously and subconsciously.

It is likely you will need 2 to 3 sessions to achieve the desired result.
