ELLINA SMITH, DIP.HP

I have always been interested in Psychology. My interest increased when my youngest son developed a habit of picking his nails. I tried many different ways of helping him to stop but all in vain. My best friend recommended trying hypnotherapy.  I turned to this as my last resort. I have often heard the same thing from my clients.

The truth is I knew very little about hypnotherapy and would not have trusted anyone with my son, so I decided to study it myself. And I have never looked back.

Recent Reviews:

Helen, May 2018: Ellina is a really lovely lady and a huge source of support and knowledge. In just one session she really helped me with the issue I went to see her about and I also learnt so much from her that I feel will be beneficial in all areas of my life in the future. I highly recommend her to all and will certainly know who to come to in the future when navigating life’s challenges.
